Common OEM Questions

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM?
MOQ is 1,000 units per model. For multi-SKU orders sharing a container, we can discuss flexible minimums per SKU — the key is hitting a full container load in total. Contact us with your planned mix and we'll advise.
Can I get CE certification under my own brand name?
Yes. For full OEM/private label, the CE Declaration of Conformity can be issued with your company name as the "responsible person" (EU) or importer. We provide all test reports and technical documentation needed to support your CE marking. Additional charge may apply for re-testing if your market requires a specific notified body.
How long does a sample take?
Standard samples (existing model, logo only) take 7–10 days. If your logo requires new tooling (e.g., embossed mold insert), allow 15–20 days for the first sample. We ship samples by DHL or FedEx — cost is typically covered by the buyer and deductible from the first production order.
What customizations are possible beyond logo?
Logo, packaging design, product color, accessory bundle, LED indicator color, user manual language, and spec adjustments (peak current, mAh, PSI). For very high volumes (5,000+ units), tooling changes to shape and housing are also possible — ask us about ODM options.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (after QC inspection photos/video). For established clients with repeat orders, we can discuss T/T 30 days or L/C terms. All payments in USD or EUR via wire transfer.
Can you handle shipping and customs?
We quote EXW (factory), FOB (Tianjin or Shanghai), or CIF (your destination port). We work with reliable freight forwarders and can handle export customs clearance and documentation. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available for some destinations — ask when you inquire.
