Standard production lead time is 30–45 days. Sea freight to European ports (Rotterdam, Hamburg) takes 25–35 days. Air freight is available for urgent orders. Stock items from our warehouse can ship within 5–7 business days.

Q: Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample orders are welcome. We charge production cost for samples (typically $40–$80 per unit) plus express shipping. Sample costs are refundable against your first bulk order of 1,000+ units.

Products & Certifications

Q: What certifications do WANPU jump starters carry?

All WANPU jump starters carry CE (EU market), FCC (US market), and RoHS certifications. Test reports are from accredited third-party laboratories. Full documentation is provided with every shipment.

Q: What peak current ratings are available?

WANPU offers jump starters from 1,000A to 4,000A peak current, suitable for motorcycles, passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and diesel vehicles. Most popular for European retail: EP2186 (1,500A) and EP2187 (2,000A).

Q: Do you supply jump starters with built-in air compressors?

Yes. Our EP-series combo models combine a lithium jump starter with a 150 PSI tire inflator. These are among our best-selling products for distributors in European and Middle East markets.

Q: Are WANPU products compatible with electric vehicles?

Jump starters are designed for internal combustion engines, not EV battery charging. However, WANPU also supplies EV charging cables and accessories — visit our products page for the full range.

Q: Can jump starters be air-freighted?

Units under 100Wh can be shipped by air with standard DG documentation under IATA rules. Units above 100Wh require Class 9 hazardous materials handling. WANPU advises on transport classification for each model.

Q: What is the warranty period for WANPU jump starters?

Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment date covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty terms can be negotiated for OEM/private label buyers.

Q: What is the shelf life and storage requirement?

Store at 50–80% charge in a cool, dry environment (10–25°C). A quality lithium unit retains usable charge for 6–12 months. WANPU recommends a recharge check every 6 months for retail shelf stock.

OEM & Private Label

Q: Does WANPU offer OEM and private label services?

Yes. Full OEM and private label services including custom branding, logo printing, multilingual packaging (EN/DE/FR/ES/IT and more), and specification adjustments. We have handled OEM projects for clients in Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Q: What is the MOQ for private label jump starters?

Private label (custom branding on existing models): 1,000 units per model. Full OEM with custom design or features: 2,000 units minimum. Tooling fees vary by scope ($1,500–$8,000).

Q: How long does an OEM/private label order take?

Private label with custom packaging: 15–20 business days. OEM with minor modifications: 25–35 days. Full OEM with new tooling: 60–120 days including sampling and approval.

Q: Will CE certification remain valid under my private label brand?

CE documentation must name your company as the EU importer. WANPU provides a full OEM documentation package including Declaration of Conformity template in your company name and test reports. Physical changes may require partial retesting.

Q: Can WANPU keep my OEM design exclusive?

Yes. We offer exclusivity agreements by territory or market segment. Tooling ownership registered in your company name provides additional legal protection. An NDA is recommended before sharing design specifications.

Q: Does WANPU support buyers with compliance documentation?

Yes. We provide: CE Declaration of Conformity, full lab test reports, FCC documentation, RoHS certificates, UN38.3 battery transport reports, MSDS/SDS sheets, and customs documentation support.
